MARK BISSO Managing Partner +

Mark Bisso is the Managing Partner of North Hudson. Prior to founding North Hudson, Mr. Bisso served as Co-Head of Global Energy at Oz Management, where he led and managed the private equity energy team and was responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and managing private energy investments. Prior to joining Oz Management in early 2015, Mr. Bisso was a Principal at ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, where he spent 11 years originating and managing investments in the upstream and midstream sectors. He began his career at Deutsche Bank Securities as an investment banking associate in the Natural Resources and Energy group, where he focused on capital markets transactions for upstream and energy services companies. Mr. Bisso holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

MICHAEL JABON Managing Director +

Michael Jabon is a Managing Director of North Hudson. Prior to joining North Hudson, Mr. Jabon was with Oz Management since 2007, where he was a Managing Director on the private equity energy team. At Oz Management, he was responsible for sourcing and managing private energy investments in the upstream, midstream, and oilfield services sectors and was actively involved in over $1.3 billion of transactions. Mr. Jabon began his career as an Analyst in the Global Energy Group at Citigroup. Mr. Jabon earned his BBA from the University of Michigan. He is a former recipient of the Evans Scholarship and remains active with the foundation, which provides full college tuition for golf caddies.

TIM BONSTAFF Principal +

Tim Bonstaff is a Principal of North Hudson. Prior to joining North Hudson, Mr. Bonstaff was with Oz Management since 2015, where he was a Vice President on the private equity energy team. At Oz Management, Mr. Bonstaff was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing private energy investments in the upstream and midstream sectors and was actively involved in over $400 million of transactions. Prior to joining Oz Management, Mr. Bonstaff was an Associate at Evercore in its energy group, where he focused on upstream and midstream M&A advisory. During his four-year tenure at Evercore, he advised on 36 M&A transactions representing over $100 billion. Mr. Bonstaff began his career at Stephens Inc., a middle market focused investment bank and earned his BSM in Finance from Tulane University.

BOBBY COX Associate +

Bobby Cox is an Associate of North Hudson. Prior to joining North Hudson, Mr. Cox was an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Global Natural Resources Investment Banking Group, where he focused on M&A advisory work as well as public and private capital raises within the energy industry. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Cox served in the United States Marine Corps where he worked as a Scout Sniper and was deployed for two tours in Operation Enduring Freedom. Mr. Cox earned his B.B.A. in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management from Southern Methodist University.

KELLI GILLESPIE Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer +

Kelli Gillespie is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of North Hudson. She also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Houston Energy Advisors, LLC (“HEA”), the advisor to ESS Funds, a private equity firm which peaked at $350 million of committed capital. Prior to HEA, Ms. Gillespie worked at Continental Airlines in their Financial Reporting (SEC) department. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor of Investment Management and Financial Services. Ms. Gillespie is a licensed CPA in Texas and holds both a BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University (magna cum laude) and a BA from Texas Tech University. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Sam Houston State University.

JON LINKER Senior Advisor +

Jon Linker is a Senior Advisor of North Hudson and was a Senior Advisor to the Oz Management’s private equity energy team since 2015. Mr. Linker founded ESS Funds in 2005 with the principal focus of providing growth capital and assistance to companies in the energy industry. Previously, he spent 14 years with the energy private equity firm First Reserve. Mr. Linker was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Intercontinental Development Corporation, a leveraged buyout of certain energy assets from Phibro-Salomon. Mr. Linker’s early career included serving as Chief Financial Officer of Phibro Resources, Chief Financial Officer of Gill and Duffus Holdings, and Treasurer of Barber Oil Corporation. He began his career as a geologist at ARCO. Mr. Linker received a BA in Geology from Amherst College and both an MA in Geology and an MBA from Harvard University.

Bob Albrecht is a Senior Advisor of North Hudson and has served as a consultant to Oz Management’s private equity energy team since 2015. In 1987, Mr. Albrecht formed Albrecht & Associates, Inc. (“AAI”), a Houston-based oil and gas Acquisition & Divestment firm and served as President for 27 years through the sale of AAI to Raymond James in 2013. During Mr. Albrecht’s tenure, AAI grew into one of the premier A&D companies, eventually representing sellers of over $10 billion of properties in more than 300 transactions. From 1984 to 1987, Mr. Albrecht served as a consultant to First Reserve Corporation (“First Reserve”), where he managed portfolio companies and sourced new E&P acquisitions. From 1998 to 2004, he also served on the Board of Advisors for several First Reserve funds. Earlier in his career, Mr. Albrecht served as a reservoir engineer at ARCO and as a founder and owner of two independent E&P companies. Mr. Albrecht received both a BS and MS in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University.

NGOC TRAN Office Director +

Ngoc Tran is the Office Director of North Hudson Resource Partners where she is responsible for managing the firm’s day to day operations, providing IT and accounting support, and collaborating between the operational and investment teams. Prior to joining North Hudson, Miss Tran was with Oz Management since 2015 where she was the office manager and served as the executive administrative assistant to certain members of the energy private equity team. Prior to joining Oz Management, Miss Tran was a senior account manager at Atlas Commodities, LLC providing downstream advisory services. Miss Tran holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Houston.
