Upstream: Operated Portfolio

North Hudson develops operated oil and gas interests for select transactions with top-tier operating teams.

In May 2022, North Hudson acquired LOGOS Energy, establishing a leading position in the San Juan Basin. LOGOS has since pioneered modern Mancos development, delivering 8 of the top 10 wells in basin history, and tripling production to 300+ MMcf/d. This growth has been underpinned by a systematic hedging program and best-in-class emissions performance (0.06% methane intensity).

In April 2026, North Hudson acquired HWN Energy, establishing a leading position in the Montney. HWN is a premier platform with a significant PDP base and over 180,000 net acres in the oil-focused Montney formation—one of North America’s most prolific resource plays in northwestern Alberta. The position represents the second-largest privately held liquids-focused Montney asset in Canada and includes a significantly expanded midstream system to support development.
